Successfully selling a home is a team effort between the seller and the Realtor.  Each brings an important perspective to the process and good communication is a necessity.

Your Coldwell Banker Funkhouser Realtors Seller Representative will have continuous communication with you in an effort to keep you informed with:

• Results: report the results of events such as open houses and property showings
• Trends: discuss current trends in buyer activity, interest rates and competitive prices
• Suggestions: share suggestions from other real estate professionals who have previewed or shown your property
• Progress: provide a progress report on the promotion and sale of your property

It is important that clear expectations be established of how often and in what form you will receive communication from your Seller Representative.
